Euonymus Japonicus, as the name suggests, is native to Japan and East China. Ovatus Aureus is an extremely beautiful variety that makes a great stand-alone feature plant. Japanese Spindle occasionally produces small greenish flowers in summer, once it matures. This plant brings one of the fascinating foliage that is highly decorative and ornamental. Its oval leaves emerge as golden-yellow and develop a dark green centre as they age. The centre of the leaves is edged with bright yellow colour. Pink fruits are followed by the flowers but are rare.
