Where can i find my "Free sign-up" coupon?
Your personal coupon link to activate the discount is sent to the email address you enter or displayed on the popup. A typo in the email address can prevent the email from reaching you. You can re-enter the email if you see error or if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox

If the email address you entered is correct then it is possible that the email is trapped in your spam box or it might be getting blocked by your email provider. Check your spam box or try using an alternate email.
Your coupons are also available under my account section, which can be accessed by logging into your account using this link. ( Your account access password was sent in your sign-up coupon email; in case you do not have it or did not receive it, new password can be emailed to using get my password page )
If there is still an issue getting the coupon code; simply send an email with your order id and our support representative will apply the discount on your order.
*Coupons cannot be stacked. Only one coupon can be used per order.
