Delicate straw yellow & fine persistent mousse. Intensely fruity aroma with clear tinges of ripe golden apple followed by a pleasant and elegant floral sensation reminiscent of acacia flowers. Fresh, slightly sweet and soft on the palate, this Prosecco has a fruity and harmonious finish.

• Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Also a fine accompaniment to fish marinated with delicate aromatic herbs & herb infused first courses.
