FAQ: Valentine's Day Payments & Adjustments


If an order that couldn't be delivered today and is scheduled for delivery on 15th or 16th, the different in price due to Valentine's Day surcharge will be adjusted in the order total and the order will be charged for the updated order total.


If you have notified us via email or text message to cancel the order; we'll confirm your message within an hour with your cancel/refund.


Depending on the method of payment, we do not charge till the delivery is completed. If the card was authorized but not charged, the transaction gets voided and no refund or charge appears on the statement. For PayPal payments a charge as well as credit will be displayed on the account.
