Redbreast 12 Year Old is a well-balanced single pot still Irish whiskey. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it has sweet and spicy characteristics. Aromas of sweet fruit, toaksted oak and warm spices fill the nose. The palate provides notes of almonds, raisins, and toffee. The finish is long and spicy.
